ROTO-MOLDED PRODUCT COVERAGE
Built to perform—backed by the manufacturer.
Ruff Land provides a limited lifetime warranty on qualifying roto-molded products for the original purchaser. Coverage applies to qualifying purchases made directly from Ruff Land or through authorized dealers, distributors, retail stores, and online stores.
WHAT IS COVERED
Defects in materials or workmanship.
Ruff Land states that products sold through authorized channels are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship, subject to the policy terms and exclusions.
OTHER PRODUCTS
30-day limited warranty.
Products that do not qualify as covered roto-molded products carry a 30-day limited warranty under Ruff Land’s policy.
QUALIFYING ROTO-MOLDED PRODUCTS
What the lifetime coverage includes.
- All sizes and styles of Ruff Land kennels, excluding doors and handles.
- Divide and Conquer kennel dividers.
- Water Hole, Easy Rider Top Tray, and Water Topper products.
- Toss Bosses, Clean Cuts, Cackle Boxes, and Rod Pod products.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Important exclusions to know.
- Pet-caused wear or breakage, including chewing on vent holes or door frames.
- Impact-related damage, including vehicle accidents and collisions.
- Abuse, misuse, carelessness, drops, falls, or intentional damage.
- Normal wear, including scratches, slight warping, and edge chipping.
- Warping related to exposure to extreme heat, rain, snow, or weather.
- Incorrect accessory installation, solvents, adhesives, cleaning solutions, or customer modifications.
CRASH GUIDANCE
Contact Ruff Land after a crash involving your crate.
Vehicle-impact damage is excluded from the limited lifetime warranty. However, Ruff Land asks customers to contact them when a crate has been involved in a crash so the situation can be reviewed.
